Bruce is the Managing Director at Page Provan, an Award-Winning family law firm, located in Brisbane but offering services nationally. Prior to starting Page Provan, Bruce was a partner at Harrington Family Lawyers.
Bruce is an Accredited Family Law Specialist and Nationally Accredited Mediator.
Bruce can assist in all matters relating to family law, particularly matters involving complex property issues, involving business entitities and trusts and other elated structures.
In 1991, Bruce was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland after earning a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws with Honors from the University of Queensland.
Bruce began practising just family law in 2002 after becoming a family law specialist recognised by the Queensland Law Society in 1999.
After completing the Mediation Assessment Course and Basic Mediation Course at Bond University, Bruce became a Nationally Accredited Mediator in November 2016. He is a member of the Queensland Association of Collaborative Practitioners and a qualified collaborative lawyer.
Bruce has a wide range of professional expertise, including time spent working in tax and insolvency departments of chartered accounting organisations. He has contributed to the financial planners’ journal IFA and the Queensland Law Society’s Proctor magazine.
